6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Morrigan Mills warrants its kitchen furniture and installation services against defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period, typically one year from installation, unless stated otherwise. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper maintenance.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D renderings, plans, and technical drawings created by Morrigan Mills remain our intellectual property until full payment is received for the completed project. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Morrigan Mills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or website, except where prohibited by law.
